About Me

I am Danielle Clark, a current senior studying public relations at Texas State University's School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Throughout my time at Texas State, I’ve joined several organizations including the Delta Zeta sorority and CHAARG, a women’s club for working out. I enjoy being in the presence of people and staying active even if it’s doing a cycling class or help plan an event for the sorority.

Like I stated above, I enjoy surrounding myself with people. Coming from a big family that lives all across Houston, I have genuine happiness when I’m able to be with my family and friends, especially when those times don’t happen as often due to school and work. I also have a significant appreciation for the outdoors. I love to hike or walk on trails and have done so on almost all the trails in San Marcos. Most of all, I value my education almost as much as the people I love. Now that I’ve been old enough to understand, education is a gift and a privilege and should never be taken for granted. I care for my grades and try to put all my effort into everything I do.

I have developed a significant passion for corporate communications with having the knowledge of public image and the importance of it. While studying public relations, I have learned the ins and outs on how effective general communication can be towards an audience. It’s the basis of human connection and when used right, can make a big difference in almost anything being discussed.

I one day hope to showcase my skills and indulge my passion as working as a social media coordinator for a company of any sorts. I know that I have the capability to make a difference in world of public relations and connect with people on a meaningful level.
